Envira Gallery LightBox Not Working for

Our website: https://whiten-pools.com is having problems with our photo galleries. I looked in your forum for similar issues and have not been able to find one like we are having. When we click on a photo, the lightbox pops up properly but the navigation and even the “close x” button doesn’t work. It’s as if the photo gallery is just STUCK and non-responsive. All our photos appear to be there. There is no missing photos. It seems to be the light box. I will give you login information in the secure note. Thanks, in advance, for your help.

Thank you for reaching out to us. To fix the issue, try adding the following code in the Theme Options > CSS:

.envirabox-theme-subtle .envirabox-thumbs {
    z-index: 10 !important;
}

Don’t forget to clear all caches including your browser’s cache after adding the code. Let us know how this goes!

On the same note I have one other site I just found which is also have Envira Gallery issues. (We checked all our sites to see if anyone else was having that issue. We ended up finding https://1st-actionservices.com/photo-gallery/. I tried that fix (even though the problem was obviously different with no help…go figure)

Any suggestions? I’ll give you that information as well in secure note.

I checked that site and tested the lightbox and it works, the close button is clickable too. Perhaps it’s just due to browser cache, please try it again.

Actually it wasn’t the same error. It is pictures that are overlapping with each other. If you look closely you will see each image looks like it’s over another image in differents spots. That is not intentional. Thanks.

It seems that you have installed Jetpack plugin.
Please disable the Lazy Load settings in Jetpack. This should resolve your issue.

I have checked your site and your Lightbox plugin is having a JS error.

Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

• X theme 6.5.5
• Cornerstone 3.5.4

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

_After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.-

Please also make sure that your Lightbox plugin is up to date. If the lightbox issue persists, please contact the creators of the Lightbox plugin that you are using instead.

Actually Jetpack was not installed and configured on this website. It is there but not configured. We will try reinstalling it. We moved hosting company and found that Jetpack is no longer functioning. Like a new install which is strange. After we reinstall we will try what you have recommended (disabling Lazy Load settings). I’ll let you know if this resolves it. Thank you!
