Envira Gallery Lightbox - No arrows or Close Button

Hello,

I am running Theme X with Themco, and ever since the update happened a few weeks ago, my Envira Gallery is not working correctly. The problem I’m having is that when you click on a single image from the any gallery, the image displays, but it is not inside of a lightbox, and there are no pagination arrows, or close button to continue through the gallery. You literally have to click the back button on the browser to get back to the gallery.

This all used to work before any update occurred just a few weeks ago.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • I have the settings configured within Envira Gallery to enable the lightbox.
  • The front-end shows the image gallery just fine
  • All images are linked correctly to their media files
  • The lightbox is NOT set to open into it’s own window.

Please help! I don’t know what else to do at this point.

Looks like I figured out the issue.

Cornerstone was updated, but Theme X was not updated.

I solved the issue by updating Theme X manually. Went to Appearance > Themes > And on Theme X, I selected Update Now.

Latest version is working, and everything is back to normal.
