Envira gallery issue blank images

I create a gallery and select jpg files from my computer. When the upload is completed all the images are blank.

ideas?

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Are using using https in Settings > General > Settings URL? Please ensure that you have the correct settings and that the upload was successful. It may have resulted to an error while uploading and maybe this is why it is not showing up. You can check the images in your WordPress dashboard’s Media > Library section.
