Envira Gallery is throwing an error for my customer

When my customer clicks a photo on some picture, lightbox gives them an error “The requested content can not be loaded. Please try again later.” For me every picture opens just fine. I don’t know how to help them solve this. Here is the pages with this concern

I checked your given site URL, and it is working fine on my end. It might be the issue of browser cache. I have tested it on my end on the Google Chrome browser version 143.0.7499.193. Please clear your browser cache and recheck it again.
