Envira Gallery included in X Pro but remains unlicensed / not activated

Hi there

On the staging version of our website I just installed Envira Gallery via the Pro menu in the wordpress dashboard. In my plugin list I see it is the Pro version, but I do not have access to all the Pro addons. It says my license is not activated, and I should manually enter an activation key when using the first setup install wizard.

Where can I find this activation key? Since your theme has included the Pro version with the theme, could you help me get an activation key so I can start using the plugin addons normally included in the Pro version?

Mainly I would be needing the full screen mode for the galleries…

Thanks for reaching out.
The Envira Gallery is a bundled plugin with the X and Pro. And you don’t need to activate any licenses for that. A separate license is required to activate the premium or pro addons of the plugin.

This is strange, because when looking at the plugin I see in the description: “this is the Pro version”.

Furthermore, the website of Envira mentions that the Pro version includes all these addons and features.

In this case, when I have the Pro version installed, I should be able to use all features that are included in the Pro version, right?

For instance I would need the dynamic galleries, full screen mode etc. They are all mentioned by Envira as included in the Pro version.

So, could you help me with this please?

Hello @wvl,

It may be a typo as we only make available the version they allow to be bundled. The feature that you want is included in the addons.

As mentioned, the license is required to activate Addon features such as the Fullscreen mode, Social Sharing Addon, Albums Addon etc. https://enviragallery.com/categories/docs/addons/

In case you want to use these features, you need to purchase a separate license from the plugin author.
