Envira Gallery: Images not showing

Hi,

I have created an Envira gallery, the images are not visible but can be clicked lightbox loads. I have used Envira Gallery a lot and never had this issue.

Also, this message appears: “No valid license key has been entered, so automatic updates for Envira Gallery have been turned off. Please click here to enter your license key and begin receiving automatic updates.”

Can you please help, my client wants to launch the site.

Thanks,
Joanne

Hi Joanne,

I can see you have updated Cornerstone but forgot to update your theme.

Please note that this two should be updated simultaneously to avaoid any icompatibility issues.

Kindly update your theme to version 5.2.5 and see if that fixes the issue.

Thanks

Thanks Paul,

I tried that but it hasn’t fixed the issue,

Thanks,
Joanne

Hey Joanne,

There are several Javascript errors in your page and I’ve eliminated 2 during my troubleshooting. One is you have invalid code in Global JS.

The other one the Background Image Fade value left empty. I placed 200.

The errors that remain that might be causing the issue is your Google Maps API. I see you have an API but not sure why it’s throwing an error. Please check this.

I saved your page as a template and imported it in the test page I created. I removed the map in that page and your gallery worked.

Hope that helps.

Hi Christian,

Thanks so much for your indepth help. I’m afraid I am still experiencing issue with the Gallery on this page: http://lovepang.ie/pang_update/

I have used X theme many times and have never run into these issues with the gallery which was always so straight forward. I find the more features that are being added to X the more difficult the basic functions like adding a gallery and map are becoming.

I really appreciate your help with this,

Thanks,
Joanne

Hi there,

Please edit your gallery and go to config section, then change the option Number of Gallery Columns other than automatic. That should fix your gallery display.

Thanks!

Hi Rad,

Did you mean to change it to automatic? Thats what it was already to, I changed it to 3 to see if that would help. It didnt.

Im not sure if you saw the earlier part of the thread about the Javascript fault, which I do not a good understanding of. I have used X for many websites and have never had this issue, gallery used to be very straight forward to implement.

This is causing a lot of disruption as my client wanted to launch the site last week. Can you please help me to resolve this issue.

Thanks in advance,
Joanne

Hi Joanne,

I checked your new page and the gallery is showing up fine on my end.

Try to clear your browser cache and check again.

Thanks
