Envira Gallery External Link Issue

Hello,

I am having an issue with my external links not working on an envira gallery. The images are displayed properly, but when I click the link, it opens a box that says “The Requested Content Cannot Be Loaded. Please try again later.” It should be opening a new tab with the URL listed in the meta data.

Riverrangers.org on the home page under “meet our partners” Both images (Adaptive Sports Connection and Stone Church Adventures) should be links that open in a new tab or window.

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your site and tested both of the images under Meet Our Partners section and I can confirm that, both of the links are opening in a new tab and those external links are loading properly.

Could you please let us know, on which browser that you have experienced this issue, so that we can check.

Also if you’re using a caching plugin, make sure to purge your server cache and re-test this issue again.
