Envira Gallery (Add-On's have error (even after license key)

Hello,

I’ve added purchased the Envira Gallery (as I needed an Add-On). I followed this thread to enable the license key field box on the Envira Gallery Settings Page.

The key is now active, however when I go to Envira Gallery > Add-Ons> Tagging Add-On> INSTALL , I get an error and it states it cannot install.

Would you be able to assist?
