Envira galleries are not displaying on mobile device with X Theme

Hello,

I need assistance with getting the Envira galleries to display on mobile devices.

This is the page with the galleries:

It displays properly from my desktop.

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. Child Theme Issue
  3. CSS/JS Customization
  4. Disabling Cache
  5. Version compatibility

If none of the above help, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

It would better if you could copy your live site to a staging server and share your credentials of your staging site so that we can investigate your setting freely without breaking your live site or main site.

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the issue is due to the Lazy Loading options set into the Envira Gallery item. I have unchecked the options and it starts coming in the mobile devices. Please check and uncheck this for other galleries to appear on the mobile.
