Hi, I am re-doing my website and whe I want to add an old gallery i can’t see it on the galleries list… it only goes back to mid 2018, and i need to add galleries from the beginning of the year

Can you let me know the website in question over here. I checked the licence page and the website that’s live is not using Envira Gallery and other website is having under construction page active.
Are the previous old galleries seen in Envira Gallery plugin page? Please confirm.
Also, please share website login details in secure note for us to take a closer look at the setup.

I can see the old galleries in the Envira plugin page, but I can not see them when I am working on my page or post.

Thank you for providing the login information. I checked the website and it has many galleries and it seems that the object that holds the list of the galleries in the Element itself runs out of space.
I suggest that you go to WordPress Dashboard > Envira Gallery and search for the gallery that you like in the listing and copy the shortcode. For example: [envira-gallery id="6841"].
Then go to the Pro builder and add the Classic Raw Content element and inside that paste the shortcode.
That way you will have that gallery show on the page.

Regarding the first screenshot, is your browser resized or are you using the responsive viewer (refer to the screenshot below? That looks like the mobile view. Please check the live page in your phone to see the output which is the general output of grids (stack to one column).
If that’s just happening in the builder, that is normal because the Envira Gallery scripts will not be loaded in the builder because they can conflict with the scripts of the builder.
