Envira Addons Not Listing

Hello, I need to get the WooCommerce addon for Envira gallery however when on the addons menu option I receive this error.
“There was an issue retrieving the addons for this site. Please click on the button below the refresh the addons data.”
When I refresh it brings me to a parked domain.

When looking around the forms it says that addons arn’t included for the Envira Gallery plugin but in the E-commerce how to for X-Theme it states that it is included free and is outlined as one of the enhancements you can add for additional functionality

Any clue how to fix this?

Thanks for asking.

You need to purchase Envira Gallery licence key in order to install and activate Addons. Please note the bundled version of Envira gallery that comes with X/Pro does not contains addons as that need to be purchased separately directly from Envira Gallery. https://enviragallery.com/pricing/

I had a look at the article link you have posted and please understand Envira Gallery extension is free for X/Pro users. However, there addons is something that needs to be purchased.

If that is the case then you need to make note of that in that SOP included above because it states that specifically the Wocommerce addon is free.

Hi There,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Those addons will be unlocked when you purchase their license directly. X/Pro only includes the basic version of Envira Gallery plugin without the extensions.

However I have reported this to our relevant department, so that we should be able to update information on our end.
