.entry-thumb border

Hey Team!

I was wondering if there is a way to reduce the size of the featured image and make to the left of text on this post: http://dev.sudburyvisioncentre.com/team-member/dr-john-skilling/ ? I was trying to figure out how to use the “.entry-thumb” but couldn’t fully grasp it.

The following reduced the size of the thumb BUT left the border at full size

.entry-thumb {
max-width: 50%;
display: block;
border: none;
}

Maybe you can help?

Thank you!

Hey @yeani,

This would be quite complex with CSS due to the structure of the HTML. What you can do is remove the featured image and add your image in the content because in there, you can left align it out of the box. Here’s a guide.

Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion, Christian! It perfectly aligns the image now.

However, then there is another issue - if the featured image is removed, there is no image shown on the page with a list of doctors: http://dev.sudburyvisioncentre.com/team-members/

Is there a way to address this?

Thanks!

As a followup, the following code seemed to make things work:

.entry-featured{
width: 50%;
border:none;
padding-left: 0px;
margin-top: 10px;
}

Would there be anything else that I might be missing?
Thanks!

Regretfully, there is no solution to this because it is the place for the featured image. This is also why the design does not use this layout.

Thanks.
