Entry Feature Image Just Showing As Box

Hi there,

I am building a portfolio for a client and there seems to be an item identified as <div class="entry-featured"> showing up a grey box at the top of my portfolio items - I have set a featured image and ideally would like it to be at the top of the page as I understand should be the case with Featured images.

I would be grateful for some help with what this is.

There could be a plugin or custom code that affects the portfolio featured image.

4. CHILD THEME
5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
