Entering the Title as the name of image

Try as i might I cannot enter the title attribute naming the photo in x theme. I managed to do it for the call to action buttons by filling in the “link title attribute” space…however i just cannot see how that can be done for cornerstone pictures.

I believe in word press directly one can do this by accessing the picture and editing it, but of course that isn’t going to happen when you used cornerstone because it will conflict.

I even tried [title=“the file pic example”] in various spots, but no effect.

any help will be appreciated.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! In Cornerstone’s image element, after you inserted the image source, you can insert the alt text and the link title attribute when using Classic Image element.

With V2 image element, you only have the alt text and no place to insert the title.

I have added the image title as a feature request so it can be taken into consideration for future development.

For now, if you want to have a title and image description, please use the text element and click on the insert image so that you can take advantage of WordPress default insert image feature.

Hope this helps.

ok thanks …

You’re welcome.
