Entering License gives me blank screen

Hello,

After attempting to update Cornerstone to 2.1.1 and having issues. I set up my site on a new server with updated php (7.1) to see if that would resolve it.

Now, I can’t even enter the license to the X theme because it takes me to a blank page once I hit enter. Also, errors are showing under the license space (see screenshot)

Can someone please help resolve this?

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! It looks like there are files that were corrupted in your site installation. Could you please re install X Theme? If still does not help, please provide us access to your site and maybe include the FTP so that we can easily debug your site, figure out what’s going and provide solution to resolve this issue.

Thank you for your reply. If I re-install the theme will I loose the pages I already built?

Reinstalling theme won’t have any effect on the pages.
