Encountering preview issues and critical error alert and tried to solve

Hi there,
Really struggling with one of my many X themed sites. I have tried to resolve following various threads but it seems to be beyond me. Really hoping that you can help me - the support is always awesome.

When working on any new content in Cornerstone I get issues with preview. I have tried the deactivating plugins etc. I thought it was just the front page and worked round it to show another page in short term. Then I tried to update the about page and got this response. At first I thought it was due to an easy like facebook plugin but having tried to disable all and reactivate one by one (I actually removed that one because of a known recent issue) I am just stuck. Thanks for writing in! Can you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:
- Pro theme 3.1.2
- Custom 404 2.0.4

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
