When I try to download the plugins from the package I bough with X them, a message error says:
Le fichier n’a pas pu être déplacé vers wp-content/uploads/2018/02.
Which means the documents couldn’t be moved to up-contents
What to do?

I’m sorry but I’m not sure why that is happening and why it’s related to the uploads folder when it shouldn’t.
If you already have validated X, please go to X > Overview and install the bundled plugins from there.
In case you want the manual install method, would you mind giving us a screen recording of how you’re downloading or installing the plugins?
