Hi everyone, i have a problem with the ENABLE FADE EFFECT! It doesnt work. Nothing happens. What ist wrong? What can i do?

Thanks for writing in! By default, it should have work if you have inserted fade in animation delay and other settings correctly. If no fade in animation is working, you might not be seeing any columns on the page. Please make sure that there are no JS error in the page. You can also test for a plugin conflict. If you already did everything to test the fade animation, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look?

To do this, you can create a secure note with the following info:

– WordPress Admin username / password
