Hi realtruthmatters2010,

Thanks for providing the login credentials, I’ve logged in your website and I managed to get the Cornerstone working fine without being logged out, please check this video screencast and let me know if there is something I’m missing to reproduce this issue:

Usually, when a similar cookies error appears when trying to log in your website it’s because of the caching plugin/module enabled by your hosting and adding code snippets mentioned in the articles shared by my colleague Prasant should help in resolving this issue.

Thanks.

So here is the weird crazy thing, it didn’t do it for you but for me I just tried it again and it is still doing it. I don’t know what’s going on!

Hi there,

I tried loading your pages on Cornerstone as well and I was able to get them load correctly.

This could be something that is cause by your browser. Kindly try to check your browser cache and you have the cookie settings enabled.

Also, try loading the pages using other browsers.

Hope this helps.

It works using another browser. So I know it’s a browser issue. Now I get to trouble shoot that!

Hi There,

Try Clearing all your browser data, especially Cache and Cookies.

If that does not work, please deactivate all your browser’s add-ons, if the issue resolves, then you know an add-ons is causing the issue, activate it one by one to see which of the add-ons is causing the issue.

Hope it helps,
Cheers!
