Empty Space in Validation Box

Hi,

We recently moved from a production domain to a live domain.

Dashboard > Validation asked us to re-enter the licence number.

We entered the licence number and it validated.

The following day, we were unable to edit pages.

I noticed that the Validation page was asking for the licence number again.

I entered the number but a black white space appears instead of any confirmation.

Can you please advise?

Hi There,

In that case, we might need both wordpress site URL, usermame and password and also FTP site credentials. Please share it inside a secure note. We need to check the error log. It can be from debug.log or cpanel error log.

Thanks for updating the thread.

I think this might be a cache issue as after login to the website I cleared the cache. After that I checked the validation page and could see X Theme is validated. Nextup I edited few pages like home page in Cornerstone and they also seems to be working fine.

Please see screenshot link in secure note. Please clear the cache and load the website again.
