The page is https://www.unitedfaithchurch.org/ and a pic of the videos is attached. They have a cover image and then plays the embedded vimeo video.

Hi, I have multiple embedded vimeo video players on a home page that sometimes have problems. I can’t reproduce it myself but have reports of users that can’t play a video. There is no error message or any issues with the page that I can see.

Thanks for writing in! I have tested your videos on my mobile phone. It does not respond to the very first few click to play it. It could be that it takes too long to load the video.
Please also check the privacy settings of your video.

Is there a reason it wouldn’t load right away that is theme related?
The videos have privacy settings to allow viewing from the domain and this is working or else they wouldn’t play and there would be an error message. Is it possible that the vimeo api is taking a long time to check the domain?

Try to disable the privacy of one of the videos so that you can compare it to the one that has the privacy settings in it. You may be right that it takes too long to verify the domain when playing the video.
