Embedding wpforms form as a popup

Hi,
I tried to embed wpforms’ form in my website and didn’t succeed.
I tried to paste the given short-code which is [wpforms id=“24”] in both content area and text field but nothing works.

I want the form to appear as a popup when pressing a button on the page header.

I would appreciate your help.

I’m not sure what you mean by popup, is it X theme pop up? Have you tried using ConvertPlus? Please check this https://www.convertplug.com/plus/docs/embed-custom-form-in-convertplug/. Then add your form as shortcode.
