Embedding video to a button

I cannot figure out how to assign a youtube video to a button in PRO that does not open a new page, but only brings the video to the front of the page, dimming the background, similar to how the video pops up in this website.(https://joshmotlong.com/) when click on “No way Josh” button at the end of the page.

Can anyone help me out?

Thanks

Hey @mrutyunjaya,

There’s a user tutorial video on that. Watch the video below:

Hope that helps.

Hi Christian,

As explained in the tutorial it is done through the “Content Area Modal” element. I didn’t find that under elements section in PRO.

Hi @mrutyunjaya,

I have visited the page and found that the Content Modal Area is implemented with the video and it coming up in a way you want. But it is not clear what exactly you are trying to mean by I didn’t find that under the elements section in PRO.

If you are not able to find the options or settings in the Pro as shown in the Video. If that is the case, there might be Advanced Mode is not enabled in your page builder, please go to the Preferences and enable the Advance Mode to get those options.

Hope it helps.

Hi, I fugured it out. Some elements were unchecked to show in elements library. After checked them and I can access the same now.

Hope it works. Thank you, Jay

HI, I managed to create the lightbox video with content area modal but wondering how to embed/assign that to a button. As used here (https://joshmotlong.com/) when click on “No way Josh” button at the end of the page. Could you please help with that?

Thanks

Hi Jay,

I would suggest you go through the video referred by my colleague to customize the Toggle button.

Thanks

Figured it out by customizing the toggle button and managed to get the exact result that I wanted.

Thank you all.
Jay
