Embedding Form looks correct in preview, but shows code live

I am embedding a MailChimp form in a few places on my site using Cornerstone “Content Area”. The embed code pulls in the form as expected when I am in Cornerstone doing the editing, but when I save it and view the page while not logged in, it shows the embed code as plain text.
