I have a video that auto plays on our landing page, but on mobile it can’t auto play. I’ve seen another support thread explaining why this is.
So my question is how can I get it to either display something else, or perhaps show a thumbnail of the video at a particular point rather then currently just showing a blank box with the “play” triangle on it?
Is there a work around to solving the visual issue here on mobile without having to redesign the PC version?
