Embedded video not showing up

My site has several Vimeo and YouTube videos embedded within the pages. They recently disappeared on desktop and mobile even though the Cornerstone backend edit side shows that they are placed correctly. I have updated the theme to the latest version. Not sure what to do next. I’m not a developer, just a guy that maintains our company site

here is the page that shows where a large video (vimeo embed) should be displayed at the top of the page. The pics at the bottom also each link to pages where Vimeo embeds are no longer playing:

HI there,

I tried embedding the video on the the page you have link in my local setup and the video is displaying fine.

Would you mind checking for the following:

1. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

2. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

4. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates and check the template and cornerstone if they are both up to date.

In case the issue persists, please provide the login details to your site in a Secure Note so that we can check.

We have done everything you suggested and the error we are seeing (https://cl.ly/0P1H3i3Y3t09) has to do with your plugin for Cornerstone. Please advise. Thanks!

Set it as Secure Note

It should be okay now, you’re adding a video embed in a player element. I changed it into video embed element.
