I have a very particular issue.
I’ve embedded a Facebook video with the Content element and it plays every where EXCEPT for Firefox on my Smartphone.
Does anyone know why this might be?

I have checked your site and even in Firefox on my computer it is not displaying.
Please make sure that you have inserted the correct html codes. Check your other text element, or content area elements too.
And then, since your have Endurance Page Cache installed, please clear your caches including your browser cache and test your site again.

Endurance Cache has been off since the beginning. Caching within Bluehost (within Wordpress) has now been disabled.
The iframe code seems to be correct since it shows in other browsers.
I tried both with the Code & Text Element.
Any other possible suggestions I can try?

I’ve tested in Windows Firefox and Android Firefox and your video is working. This means that the issue is device and/or OS and browser specific as Ruenel has replicated on his end.
This might also only be a problem with Facebook’s code. Please also switch to the default WordPress theme and embed the FB video and see it the issue persists. If it does, please contact Facebook’s support.
If it’s fixed, please tell us what Operating System you’re using and the version number so we could test and find what is causing the issue in our product.
