Embed Form using Content Modal

Hello! I need help in adding this form: https://crosstownalliance.churchcenter.com/people/forms/159567 into a Custom Modal element. I’ve been trying to follow the directions that they provide (Integrate Forms) but I’m having trouble with it and nothing seems to be working. Can you help?

Thanks for writing to us.

It is not possible to embed this Form by using the "Content area model " element because the Form that you want to integrate is required some JS files to enqueued according to integration guide, it would require custom development. I would suggest you consult a developer who can assist you with your concern.

Please note that we do not provide custom development support and third-party plugins support. It is out of the support scope.
