Hello, was looking for information on how email is handled from hosted Theme.Co WordPress sites. We’re having a ton of issues with email deliverability from our website, thanks for the help! Website URL is https://designsbycarola.com

Our hosting is built in way that it focuses on hosting and providing you the best performance possible. Mail services are not included in our offer as from a email delivery standpoint it is not best practise to use your web hosting provider as mail sending service. We recommend our customers to use services like Mailgun which are experts in email deliverability or using similar services and their SMTP or API connection. I agree 100%! We originally setup SMTP to use our own custom email address, hosted elsewhere. The problem we found is that the hosted server IP address is of such a low reputation that most of these email services (gmail, icloud, outlook) aren’t delivering email that originates from it, even with SPF etc…

Hey Heidy,

If that is the case, it is best that you use 3rd party mailing services instead.
