Email Forms technical issue with Pro Theme

Hi,

I’ve got an email from the new Wordpress funcionality that detects technical issue. It reported the following issue with your Email Forms plugin:

What can I do about it?
The page which is reffering to is the one I see when exiting from Cornerstone/Pro Content editor - clicking on “Worpdress Admin”. After getting the page error, if I going back, I receive this error:

I leave my credentials in Secure Note so that you can look directly into this issue, that I think is linked to Pro Theme (but I’m not sure).

Hello Giacomo,

Thanks for reaching out. I have inspected your site and it appears that this happening because of your server configuration. The PHP time limit and the PHP max upload size need to be increased. I went ahead and resolved your issue by editing your .htaccess file with the help of this article:

The Contact page is now loading in the Pro Editor.

Hi @ruenel,
thank you so much for your help! Only one more thing: now Cornerstone/Pro editor is very very slow and doesn’t show correctly live editing, i.e. changing in texts, broken words, etc. Could it be again something concerning the PHP time limit? What’s the best setting? Or is it something else?

Hey Giacomo,

Please adjust your PHP memory limit to at least 256MB or up to 512MB. Please compare the results in each of the settings.

thanks for your suggestion. I just checked the “wp-config.php” file, and the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT was already set on 512MB - as the guide quoted suggested. Anyway, now the theme seems working fine.
