Email Forms plugin Confirmation Message not showing after successfully subscribing

Hi,

I believe this is a plugin error with the Email Forms plugin that came with Theme X. For some reason, even though I have a Confirmation Message set up to show after a successful subscription inside the plugin, it doesn’t show on the screen. Is there a fix for this?

Thanks for writing in!

There is a known issue with the Email Forms plugin. A patch update has yet to be release.
Can you please update the plugin using this version instead?

Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks. I updated the plugin to the version in the link you sent and it’s still not working for me.

I have checked and inspected your subscription form.
I could not replicate the issue. When I test it, I can see the message.

Please clear all your caches and test your site again.

Ok thanks!! Clearing my browser cache did it. I should have thought of that before. :stuck_out_tongue:
