Email Forms Not Displaying Message

I have an email capture page with only one button.

Technically the button is working, and new emails are being subscribed to my list.

But when the client signs up, the button greys out and the page does nothing.

The only way they know that something happens is if they get a notification from their email client.

No “Check you email” message. No Thank you. Just nothing.

I tried in Safari and Chrome. I tried 4 different emails.

I tried the redirect button and it kind of works, but that isn’t what I want. I want a message to appear.

I can’t figure out what to change so that the message appears like it should. (I’ve already chosen “message” as my option in the Email Forms area).

Hi Branden,

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
