I have added an email sign-up form on the bottom of my page.

I would like to have the input field and submit button re-sized and displayed horizontally instead of stacked. It should look like this

Thanks for writing in! Just for future topics, self responding or bumping your post pushes it back in our Queue system so it takes longer to respond to.

Regretfully, this particular customization request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme and instead has to do with your customization of it. What you have in your site has a different element structure as in your example screenshot. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself.
