Email Forms - Custom URL

Hi,

I’ll be using the Email Forms plugin to get visitors to subscribe to my site. When the visitor clicks on the subscribe button, I want them to receive an email that;

(1) confirms their subscription and
(2) Includes a link of a custom URL.

So for example, if I add the subscribe button on a ‘Wishlist’ or ‘Cart’ page (which is a custom page with a custom URL for each visitor)… how can I incorporate that link into their subscription email? Is this feasible with the plugin?

Thanks for reaching out.

Email forms are connected to MailChimp, you’ll have to design the messages through Mailchimp, example https://mailchimp.com/help/design-and-host-your-own-thank-you-pages/

The confirmation is through email as well, they need to confirm it through email and to make sure it’s not just a spam email or invalid email.
