Email forms and convertkit

I put in my convertkit account API in the Email forms settings interface then it showed one available form which I had created in my convertkit account. The list of subscribers in this form was 0 in my convertkit account. I then created a new email form using the email forms plugin. I wanted to use it for getting newsletter signups. In the
Email List/Form/Campaign box, I chose the form I had created in convertkit. Now on the website, when I signup using that newsletter form, it says Thank you! You are now subscribed but there are 0 subscribers in my convertkit form details in the convertkit account. Where are the subscribers going?

Although it does not seems that the issue is related to our product, still, we’ll be interested to know why our theme is causing such issues.
I would also suggest you troubleshoot a few common issues before we examine your site at staging.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue

We would also like to know, how it works after activating any default theme like TwentyTwenty.
If that does not help you, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– Specific URL where you are getting this issue.
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Alternatively, you can try by using the bundled plugin named ConvertPlus in place of Convertkit.
