Email form submission notification error

Hi,

When I type in the details needed for my email form and then click the submit button, the details are added to my subscription list but the submission notification does not appear. Instead, the submission button is greyed out and when you hover over the button a white circle appears with a line through it. Which makes it seem as if the details have not been submitted.

I have tried deactivating all of the other plugins to see if there is a clash, but it still did not work. I have also tried deleting the plugin and installing it again.

Thanks for writing in! Could you please try adding a new email form and see if that works.

If you have a active child theme, also try switching to your parent X theme and see if you’re experiencing any issue related your child theme.

Also check your PHP version running on your server and make sure to use PHP 5.6.x or later to avoid incompatibility issues.

Thanks for helping out.

I added a new form and the confirmation message seems to be appearing now!

The white circle still appears after submitting but I assume that’s normal. My main issue was the fact that the confirmation message was not appearing, so now that’s fixed all is well!
