Email form not showing confirmation message

Hi,
After updating our Subscribe forms (X > Email Forms) are not displaying the confirmation message. The confirmation email from MC does come through, however UX isn’t great https://www.brionycroft.com.au/
How do I fix?

Thank you for writing in, are you referring to that error below? yes, that is a known bug, actually, that has been already addressed, please stay tuned for the next update release.

You can check our changelog page when an update is a release to confirm if the fix for this bug is included.
