Email Form not displaying right on Under Construction page only

Hello there,

I’ve setup an email form for my Under Construction page. However, when the shortcode is added to it – it looks funny and does not display correctly. However, when I add the same email form shortcode to any other page in my website, it looks correct. Please help! I’ve troubleshooted for some time, with no solution as of yet.

Hi Heather,

The behavior is correct as the theme CSS styling is not available on the default Under Construction page. If you want to add a shortcode you need to set the Under Construction plugin to retrieve the information from another page.

I went to your website and added a new page called Under Construction and used the default editor to add an image and used the shortcode, then I went to the Under Construction plugin settings and selected that page as the main under construction page.

Now you can see that the for is showing correctly.

Feel free to change the Under Construction page however you want.
