Email Form Mailchimp doesn't work properly

Hi all,

on the following website I’ve created a email form (mailchimp).

It seamed that everything worked well, but then I realized that not all subscriptions work properly.
Sometimes the subscriptions is working well but sometimes after pressing the submit button I won’t get linked to the Newsletter-confirmation-page but I get a blank submit button.

Before pressing the submit-button:
newsletter_01

After pressing the submit-button:
newsletter_02

Is there a general problem with that plugin?
Unfortunately I’ve couldn’t found the failure yet.

Hello Max,

Thanks for writing in!

On my end I am unable to replicate the issue. I tested the email form by populating relevant details and upon submitting the details it’s redirecting me to the success page. Please see screenshot.

I suggest you to clear the cache and then reload the page again.

Thanks @Prasant for testing the subscription.

Do you have any idea why sometimes the subscriptions works properly and sometimes not?
We tried the subscription on different pcs with different browsers and cleared the cache as well, but not all subscriptions were successfull. Very strange.

Hi Max,

It could be that you’re using a test email, or any email that is already used for testing. The subscription provider could allow or disallow any request if it knows it’s not legitimate or like as spam. Please try another email.
