Email Form + Mailchimp - Contacts not added to list

Hey there!

Hope you are all doing well!

Please, I need your help figuring out why my leads are not being transferred to my MailChimp list.

I’m using the Email Form integration with MailChimp on my site here:

I’m pretty sure I’ve followed the Email Form instructions to the letter, however, no joy.

Thanks for reaching out.
As per the screenshot, it seems that the email id already exists in your specified list and shows the error while adding it next time. I have tried with few test email ids, and it works and redirected me to here.
If that is not the case, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Yes, the redirect does work, however, the emails are not being shown in the MailChimp Audience that they are connected to. In fact, I have no idea where they have gone.

I will follow up with a secure note with login details are per your request.

Hi David,

It seems that the setting related to the Mailchimp is correctly done and the API used is valid too. Can you please make sure that you are looking into the exact list which has been selected in your WordPress dashboard Email Form settings?

I would also suggest you check whether the number of email ids already cross the limit of the email id allowed to register based on the plan you selected here: https://mailchimp.com/pricing/

If that is not the case, and you are still having the issues with it, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hey @tristup!

The list settings are correctly linked in Mailchimp. Please see the attached image. Also, this is a brand new MailChimp account which allows for up to 2000 contacts. There is currently only 1 email listed in that audience.

I’d really love for this integration with Email Forms and MailChimp to work seamlessly.

I would like to suggest you troubleshoot the common issues in this regards:

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.CSS/JS Customization
4.Disabling Cache
5.Disabling CDN

If that does not help and you still need us to investigate the issue, please copy your site to staging and provide details as previously asked by my colleague for further process.
