Hi there,

I’ve check the email form this morning and it doesn’t work properly. I don’t get the enquiry info into my inbox. Appreciate your help with this issue.

How do I add a custom field? I would like to add a text placeholder below the email address placeholder.

Hi @Symbiosis,

Were you able to connect the email form plugin to your email marketing service providers? Currently we only support MailChimp, ConvertKit & GetResponse.

Regarding the custom field, you can see an instruction for it in the right side of any of the provider’s tab. It is different for each provider. Here’s a screenshot of the Mail Chimp.

Hi there,

The button of the email form doesn’t work. How can you fix the issue? I didn’t receive an enquiry after I did a test.

Not too worry now. I changed to use Contact Form 7 instead and works fine for me.
