Email Form issue - not clicking

I have added an email form to our website (planeteerinvesting.com) and there is a minor issue.

The form is correctly sending an email acknowledging submission of the form. However, there is no submission message when clicking the button. In fact, the button appears to freeze.

Any suggestions?

Hey Stefan,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your site and I see the content on your site is being served by the cache, First try clearing out the cache and then go to Admin > Settings > General and turn off your endurance cache and see if this resolves the issue.
