Email Form In Pro Footer

After upgrading my staging server to Pro, I noticed the email signup form does not appear. Thankfully I have not upgraded the live server yet.

After some reading, I installed email forms and activated it, but I simply want the existing email form to be visible in Pro. On the live server using X, when I open Email Forms and click on the form being used, I do not see any options that match the form being used [x_subscribe form=“9279”] I have some CSS code that styles this form as well.

I am happy to recreate the form in Pro, but where can I see the existing form in X so as to copy the settings?

Hi @guybower1,

I have checked the staging site and there was nothing in the Footer 2 widget.

I tried placing the subscribe form shortcode which is: [tco_subscribe form="13655"] and the form is displaying fine.

Would you mind checking again?
