Email form error

Hi,
I have connected mailchimp API with the email form and everything looks okay but if I try subscribing from the frontend, I get this- Error: Email provider not active.

Thanks for reaching out.
Can you please make sure that you followed the steps given in this article: https://theme.co/docs/email-forms#setting-up-email-forms, if not I would suggest you do that.
If you have already followed it and that does not help you with that, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi @Teeebest,

I went ahead and just created a new email form with the same settings on your original form and it is now working with no error on your website. The name of the form I created is “Test Form” feel free to modify it.
