Email form don't work well

Hi i have problem with Email Form to subscribe new clients, email form don’t work well. Don’t open message and don’t redirect.

It’s a known bug and conflict between the Email Forms and the latest version of the theme. You can take a look at the solution mentioned by my colleague @Rad in following thread.
