Email Form - custom fields problems

Hi There.
I can’t add custom fields to my Email Form. An error appears:

Warning: array_key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array, boolean given in /home/polimat9/public_html/neurocom.co/wp-content/plugins/tco-email-forms/email-integration/functions/custom-fields-metabox.php on line 53

Hi javduke,

Please contact your hosting service provider and ask them to update the PHP version to 7.1.X, please do not use the version 7.2 at the moment.
