My email form is not working can you test it and see the issue you can make up a fake email or ill provide you a test email in secure note the form has some kinda function issue.

Upon entering the email address and clicking on the subscribe button I am getting Thank you! You are now subscribed. success message. Please see screenshot. As the email address was shared in secure note, to protect the privacy I have blurred part of the URL.
If you are not getting the email notification then most probably email and SMTP server is not properly configured or has some issues.
I suggest you to get in touch with the hosting provider as they are better placed to provide you necessary support.
