Email about Essential Grid from WordPress

I got this strange email from WordPress about Essential Grid. I checked everything and I could access the dashboard. I can’t contact them because I don’t have an official license since it came with Pro. Can someone tell me what this means and what I should do? Is it best to use another grid if I don’t own a license and can’t get an answer?

Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Essential Grid.

First, visit your website (https://xpro.eagleheartdynamic.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://xpro.eagleheartdynamic.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 5.4.1
Current theme: Pro (version 3.2.3)
Current plugin: Essential Grid (version 2.3.6)
PHP version 7.3.11

Error Details

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 2108 of the file /nfs/c04/h01/mnt/25823/domains/xpro.eagleheartdynamic.com/html/wp-content/plugins/essential-grid/includes/item-skin.class.php. Error message: Out of memory (allocated 31457280) (tried to allocate 2621440 bytes)

I contacted my host and the tech told me to contact the owner of the Essential Grid but in order to get an answer, I have to OWN the plugin! Please tell me if I should deactivate it. Thanks in advance! designerwriter

Hello Grace,

Thanks for writing in!

The error message Out of memory (allocated 31457280) (tried to allocate 2621440 bytes) simply means that you have exhausted your PHP memory limit. Please have it increased to resolve this issue. The recommended PHP memory limit is 512 MB. Click here for more detailed information on how to increase the PHP memory limit.

Kindly let us know how it goes.

Thank you Ruenel! Done.
