You are having this issue because of the following Server Settings:
You can check this out in Tools > Site Health > Info > Server. The following PHP setting needs to be increased:
PHP Memory Limit: at least 256MB
Upload Max Filesize: 64M
PHP Post Max Size: 64M
You may need to contact your hosting provider to increase these settings.
