Elements overwrite each other

I am adding lots of “heading” and “text” elements to the same section on a page. Sometimes it seems that one element gets “linked” to another element of the same type. When I make a change to one, it changes both. For example, I add heading, text, heading, text. Then, I enter the actual copy in the first heading element. It seems fine. But then when I add copy to the second heading element, the new copy appears in both. It seems to happen more frequently the longer I’m working on a site (or maybe I just get more and more frustrated). If I work REALLY slowly and make sure I click on a different type of element in between (like an image), it is less likely to happen. The only work-around I’ve found is to save and refresh the page between every single change.

Using the Pro theme and working in Chrome.

Hi Dannette,

Thanks for reaching out.

It could be specific to your setup and I haven’t experienced this issue on any of my installations. Though, I saw similar issue before and it’s due to internal cache of the hosting. So when tried to a staging on different host, it works without that issue. Could you try cloning your site into staging on different host environment?

Please check this for staging https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/slider-revolution-error-message/48874

Thanks!
